Hi missj! What we eat is 80% of our health and weight success and exercise is only 20%.
I have been doing great with staying in shape and eating healthy, but as I crossed 40 my body has started to slow down and I can not eat as much and have to exercise longer to get same result.
Now I want to loose 10-14 lb to get back to my ideal weight, and using this site will be great. I joined today a and found out that already ate over 1/2 f my daily calories just for breakfast. Office kitchen over October-December is a real trap.

Still getting used to the site! Lost 1.4 over holidays....go figure but now just stuck. Haven't been to the gym because I have a terrible cold and feel crappy, gonna start back this week, hopefully will make a change in my weightloss! Good luck to you too!!!!:bigsmile:0
