What do you do and why? How important do you think it is to your success? What would you like to try, but afraid to do?

    I actually LOVE to exercise (love to hate sometimes?) and wish that was all it took. Once I get into a routine, I go all out. Love walking/running and the elliptical. Even strength training. It really bums me out that losing weight is more like 80/20 eating/exercise. I feel like it can be a waste of my time to try so hard to work out and then end up ruining it by overeating.
