    I am going to challenge my family to do the " couch to 5K " program , we have a treadmill in the garage that my daughter begged me to get , it needs to be used .

    I want to add some core exercises to that , maybe some fun yoga and dance DVD's .

    We will start skiing ( me) and snowboarding (kids) next weekend !

    As a family who lives in a snow state we do alot of sledding and snow shoeing. We also just got a kinect for christmas so playing the kinect games are fun and exercise

    Even though it was cold (39) we went to the park for a walk. Played tag there too.

    Went downhill skiing with my 2 boys for three hours today. It was so fun, the fresh air and being outside made me feel great. It was nice teaching them a sport that I love.
