I had the sleeve surgery 2 years ago. I initially lost 75 lbs of my 100 lb goal. I didnt have to track my food or even watch what I ate. ha. I have since gained back 38 of those 75. thanks to a candy addiction that I developed after the surgery. I had obviously not worked through my food issues.
I am finally back on track with my healthy eating. The problem is I keep seeing these alerts that I am not eating enough calories.
With a small stomach I cannot eat any larger quantity than what I am currently taking in. does it really matter if i am not eating enough calories? I am getting plenty of protein.

How many calories are you eating? How many were you eating before you cut back? I don't pay attention to the mfp recommendations. Many od us have totally screwed up our metabolism through years of dieiting.

I am getting around 900 calories a day & I feel like I am eating all the time. I wasnt counting before. I was eating candy all day & unhealthy food for meals. I watched everything I ate before surgery & then after I turned into one of those people I swore I would never be. started eating awful foods & telling myself "it's only 3 or 4 bites".
I just went to the dr & I lost 5 lbs. in the last 2 weeks. she said not to worry about to few calories. just keep up with the lean protein & no junk.
