The Challenge starts tomorrow. I will try my best to have my baseline assessment numbers on here early in the morning. We can do this!

    Tomorrow you will be emailed a by Mr. Shut up and Train a baseline assessment to complete. Once complete post your results I will set up a new page to post week one results in the morning.
