I'm starting to add more cardio to my routine. I'm on day 20 of Julian Michaels' 30 Day Shred, and so far I've gained 2 lbs, gotten much firmer under all that fat, and improved my endurance.
Now I need to add in losing some of that fat, ha!0 -

I've taken my photos and intend to post them, but I can't do it from work so it will have to wait for the weekend.
I weighed in at 87kg on the 6th of January, with 98cm bust, 88cm waist and 109cm hips. All of those are 5-10cm bigger than usual, and I've gained 10kg in the last year (it's been a horror of a year). I'm 6'1.5" and 30 years old.
