burpees: 14 (7 were modified)
dips: 21 (modified)
Single toe touches: 25
Body squats: 35

I didn't have time to go the gym before sending the kids to school, so what I did is I used to pedometer on my phone to track distance and recorded the time like that. That's an option if you don't have any other access. Just a thought.0 -

Yeah, it's an app. There are plenty of free ones that will do the trick. Nike has a really good one that is free.0 -

Way to go everyone! We all did GREAT! I did the assessment today and did 25 minutes of the Biggest Loser workout on my XBox. I will try to get in 100 double leg raises for abs before bed. Have a great night everyone. Get plenty of rest so we can all be ready for tomorrow. New thread will be posted in the morning so we can post our thoughts regarding tomorrows workout. Keep going!0

the biggest positive is I actually did it - there were so many excuses i could have talked myself into to avoid the challenge but i am 100% committed and got 2 more people to join - bring on day 2!!!
