Low carb + Shakes

I am thinking about switching to a low carb diet for snacks and my sensible meal. I am substituting two meals per day with the Vi shakes but I am getting really hungry between meals and snacks. Thoughts? Suggestions?

    how often are you eating/sakes per day...I replace 2 meals with shakes, eat one sensible meal and 3 snacks a day...mid morning, mid afternoon and mid evening...

    Low Carb plus shakes have worked really well for me in the past. Sadly, I wasn't very focused for the last couple of months, and I'm not quite back to square one... ugh. It's important to snack with your shakes, but to keep calories within your goal for the day. I found cheese, veggies, and fruits were great snacks in between. I especially love fruit and cheeses. I always want a dip with veggies, lol.
