I am thinking about switching to a low carb diet for snacks and my sensible meal. I am substituting two meals per day with the Vi shakes but I am getting really hungry between meals and snacks. Thoughts? Suggestions?
Hi! I'm starting my second month of the shakes, and still enjoying them! My first month I lost 9.3 lbs and @ 7 inches. Yay!! Just thought I'd get a topic started to see who's out there... marybeth
i just bought a cheap ice cream maker... has anyone tried to make vi-ice cream? i usually use almond milk in mine. just wanted to check before i try it and it's a huge disaster. will post later when i do though!!!! thanks :)
