I eat the same every week too...I have a light babybel cheese before or after lunch, and usually a luna bar before dinner so i dont over eat!0

Hi!
Here are some of the snacks I fall back on:
- Wasa crackers with Lite Laughing Cow cheese
- fresh berries
- fresh vegies (broc, carrots, etc.) with 1 or 2 Tbs hummus
- soft goat cheese w/herbs on high fiber bread
- apple w/super thin slices of cheese
- pistachios
I haven't had any coffee yet this morning - I'm sure there are more. When I'm more awake, I'll add to the list!

-cocoa roasted/cinnamon roasted almonds

- cucumber slices dipped in hummus0 -
These lists really helped me out! I've been eating a lot of 100 cal bags of popcorn because I couldn't seem to think of anything to snack on!0

any one of the 100 Calorie Snack packs like Thinsations, Sun Chips, popcorn, Oreo etc etc.. hard to just eat one tho but I can!
