I was wondering which one is better ? and can you add it to your shake?

    I don't see why you couldn't add the flax seed into your shakes - people use it for baking with their shake mix. I've used ground flax seed in my shakes sometimes as well..

    I don't know anything about hemp oil tho, sorry!
