Just started training for my first HM in April. I am doing the Jeff Galloway training guide just wondering if others have used it.

    I have never used Jeff Galloway~I use Hal Higdon's programs. They have helped me through many races. I do know, though, that a lot of people like Jeff Galloway. Good luck to you on your race!!
