Hey Everyone,

Please send me your weight by 6:30am tomorrow (Monday) morning. I will calculate weight loss percentages etc and send everything in.

I hope that you had a good first week and I'm looking forward to seeing our results. What did you find to be your biggest struggles this week and what are your goals for this coming week?

    My biggest challenge this weekend was the weekend. It's always been my biggest challenge - I don't workout and I don't eat properly. My goal for this week is to eat well (we have 2 concerts) and log on the weekend.
