Oh how I HATE abs.. It's the worst burn for me. .That's probably b/c my abs are weak. .so I'm going to do this challenge. !0

I've been doing this FabAbs, right after my 30DS workout (before cooldown/stretches).. omg. I can totally handle the situps/crunches.. I'm even learning how to do more than 3 pushups lol. What's killing me are the dang planks! Today I did 40 sec planks, and I was ok. Yday when I did 35 sec, I was shaking and counting til I could let go and just drop!0
