I've been struggling for the last few weeks... not badly, but I haven't been "on plan." The nice thing is even though I walked away from the framework of CTL, I discovered that there were several things that I hung on to. This was good. Also, I only gained 2 pounds... but I'm sure that is just water retention.
Today is my first day back and I'm glad. I made some soup for the first time in a month, and had a chocolate protein shake for snack since I was craving chocolate.
It's a good day. I'm thrilled.

That is actually very impressive! Every time I have tried strict low carb and walked away for a week or two I get 10 lbs back. Here is to wooshing that 2 lbs of water right off!0
