hi i started slim in 6 on the 1st i know you are meant to do it everyday but not gonna lie i havent ive only done it 3 times:sad:

sw: 215
cw:214
only a pound but have lost 8 inches overall.
bust - 1 inch
waist - 2 inches
hips - 1.5 inches
leg - 2.5 inches

not much but i am proud of it !!!!! :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

    Awesome results! You should take one rest day a week though with slim in 6. So work your way up to 6 days, maybe 3 days on one day off and 3 days on?
    I was going to do my slim in limber on my rest day.And Im doing the ab routine 3 days a week too.

    not much?? every inch is a victory girl! You are doing great.
    So far I'm doing start it up+slim&limber every day and plan to do the ab workout 3 times a week, taking 1 day off after each 3 on.
