Today will be Day 3 of RIU week 1. Bit of an adjustment from Start it Up. I absolutely pushes me harder. I am really hoping that when I'm done, I see good results. I have only lost 3lbs. and I'm 3 weeks in. :-(
How do others log slim in 6 workouts on MFP. I was wondering if anyone had broken down the exercises and calculated it that way. I logged start it up as aerobics low impact and now ramp it up as aerobics general, but don't feel that is right.:flowerforyou:

Along with the Start it Up, I am doing the 6 Day Express jump start. On Plans 1 and 2, I'm suppose to have 2oz of Mustard. Can anyone chime in to this accuracy? Hi I'm new here, I've been doing slim n 6 since 2006 after I had my twins. The first 6 weeks I ever did it I lost 19 lbs. I've gained and lost over the years and want to get started and stick with it this time! Anyways I'm gonna have to start on start it up because that's how out of shape I've let myself get!!
