Ramp it Up

Today will be Day 3 of RIU week 1. Bit of an adjustment from Start it Up. I absolutely pushes me harder. I am really hoping that when I'm done, I see good results. I have only lost 3lbs. and I'm 3 weeks in. :-(

    I am just starting and am doing Start it up. I am also going to alternate the slim in 6 abs and limber up.
    I also walk 1-2 hrs a day with my dog. Friend me.

    Im going to be starting slim in 6 on Monday. How successful did you find the program?

    I started on Sunday and have finished day 6. I start Ramp it up next week - I still get out of breath with Start it up!
