Sure, you should surround the address of the photo with [ img] and [/ img] without the spaces. So for example:
[ img]http://www.picture.com/photo1.jpg[ /img] (without the spaces).0 -
I never got to take the before pic for this. It really pi**ed me off, too. So here's my stats and I'll be sure to post a "slightly before" pic when I am able (I took some about 15 lbs ago).
