I had 4 egg whites scrambled with a Tb of salsa and multi-grain cheerios with chopped bananas & blueberries!

Morning didn't goes as planned. I am traveling out of state and did get to eat breakfast. When I arrive need to find a healthy food choice . Wish me luck lol0

I had a breakfast pie, which is 1/6 of the whole pie. Pilsberry Pie Shell, Rotel, 5 Eggs, 2oz Jimmy Dean Sausage, and 3/4 cup shredded cheese.. Put it together, and bake it, and one serving is only 230 calories..
I also had a 1/2 cup of no sugar added grapefruit.. 40 calories..

2 egg omelette with spinach, mushrooms, jalapenos, and a little muenster cheese. It was so delicious and filling, I couldn't even eat the whole thing. Now I get a mid-morning snack from it as well

Mine was 2 hardboiled eggs, toast w/ peanut butter and a glass of milk for a whopping 715 calories! My calorie goal for the day is 2100 cals so not a big deal.0
