Hi All!
I was wondering, how do you all track the WODs? Do you put them in to myfitnesspal? & if you do, how do you do it? Like today's Victoria Hero WOD – one way to track it in myfitnesspal is Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort and put in my time that I finished at. WODs aren’t an option. Anyone have a better or more standard way for us to track?

That's how I track my WODs too.0

It is really not perfect for CrossFit. Tracking the WODs in here is not required, but I think it is a good idea to log exercise. I think most people over-estimated the amount of calories burned though. Do your best to match up movements or just use the vigorous effort one.0
