If Crossfit was not so extreme, it would be a better program
Did any of you people in Crossfit ever think about the fact that if Crossfit wasn't so extreme, it would be a lot more popular? I know you can scale anything, but the goal for most Crossfit workouts is WAY more than the average person can do, even after years of Crossfitting. So why not have more attainable goals??????
Life's Good Chocolate Chips
Does anyone know if we can use the Life's Good Cholocate Chips on Paleo? No dairy in them but I think they have cane juice. My guess in no, but I REALLY want to make the paleo sweet potato brownies!!

Does anyone have suggestions for foods to eat in order to get enough calcium? As a woman in my 20s I hear a lot about how important it is to have calcium in my diet. Being new to Paleo I was wondering if anyone had insight into this that they could share with me. Thanks!
