Hey!! I didn't see any specific challenge criteria posted.
I am going back to Paleo starting last week, I am at the local box 3 days a week, so I figured maybe this group is for me
My personal challenge for January:
Diet: Whole30
Exercise:
3 days/week CrossFit
2 days cycling
2 days 3-5 mile run
1 long run per week
15-20 "man" pushups a day (this is my skill progression from push ups to hspu to pull ups)
If I'm in the right place or if anybody wants to join my personal challenge let me know!!

We are doing a whole gym challenge for Flower City CrossFit -- over 100 members in it to win it and using this app to track our food (one element of many in the challenge). :-)0
