Hi
Is anyone in this group in UK? Do you make your own Gluten free bread in a breadmaker?
I'm looking for advice how to get started.. what mix to use, where to buy it from in the UK, an easy to use breadmaker that's not too expensive? , as Ive never even baked before in my life but GF bread is so expensive!
I'd prefer an wholemeal flour mix to white bread mix if possible. ..but if there's a white flour could make things like butterfly buns or scones or something that be good too.
Thanks

I'm not from the UK but I use Bob's Red Mill Wonderful Bread. And I know they have a web site. www.bobsredmill.com0

I got a breadmaker for Christmas. I'm not exactly known for my culinary talents, so I used a Bob's Red Mill mix for my first one. It was dangerously delicious! I have lost weight since going GF, but I'm sure I'll gain it all back if I keep baking that bread!0
