    Your just FAST (and an early bird) in getting it DONE! :wink: Some of us have kid duty in the mornings... or work-out in the evenings, and our timezone are hours behind your timezone (your post show's up @ 4:49am my time - I'm still sawing the zzzz's next to a warm hubby at that time) ... patience! We will join ya!

    I got confused and did it backwards! I did 1 min and 30 sec plank today! Guess I will do Crunches tomorrow.
