Try walking today...up stairs at work, park in the back of a parking lot and walk further to get inside, walk on your lunch break. Do something creative to get in some steps then post here to tell us what you've done.
Based on a suggestion...Wednesday will be plank day. So. Plank for as long as u can. If you time yourself then tell us how long you made it!!!
First challenge: 4 workouts this week I'm struggling going to the gym. My plan is: Monday evening, Tuesday evening, Wednesday morning, no Thursday, Friday Morning. If I go the weekend then that's a bonus for me. Who else wants to put it out there?
So. Tuesday...let's try Krunches. How about 50 total....
Monday is push up day. 20 is the number...however you can do them.
