Monday is push up day. 20 is the number...however you can do them.

    Read the first post and got down and did 20 push ups, amazing how motivating it can be when someone else tells you to do something

    i didn't even know I could do push-ups. I did 10 and then it was more snake-like rolling movements, but I did do total of 20.
