Week 7 Challenge: Deadline January 6

This week's challenge is to regroup, check-in, get dialed in again. Let's work together, what do you need from us as a group? I know I need some support right now. It's hard to get back in to the swing of things after the holidays. Especially exercising. So I need someone to come press play on my dvd player so Jilian Michael's can kick my *kitten* :)

    You're a rockstar!! I fell off the MFP wagon after Chipotle, and have the tight jeans to prove it. Great job on keeping up with exercising and checking in!! You are an inspration! New year, new start for me. I really need help staying motivated and not "excusing" myself because of circumstances like holidays or not feeling well. Because ultimately I'll feel better if I get off my hiney and do something!!

    I also fell off the fitness wagon again and I am trying to get back on track. I definitely need to stick with this and I have to watch the "treating" myself. I "treated" myself over Christmas and New Years and not I"m having a hard time getting back to my goals. I'm also seeing all my progress slowing vanish as clothes are getting tighter again. So I'm going to dust off Jillian today afterwork and start writing down what I eat again starting today. It takes too much work to get progress to throw it all a way over some snacks.
