Hi all,
I'm really excited to be getting my first order of Medifast in the mail in the next few days and extra grateful they have a gluten-free option! I have about 40 lbs to lose and have been yo yo ing up and down about 20 lbs for the last couple of years. I am hoping this program will help me re-learn some of my eating habits, especially eating on a schedule and portion control. Excited to be part of this group!

Good luck! It sounds like we are in the same boat. I have lost 25 pounds so far but still have about 20 to go but this has been the best way to lose weight for me. You will love it! Feel free to add me as a friend if you like. There aren't a lot of us Medifast people on this website so we have to stick together!0
