I can see by your ticker you are doing really well.

Have you been taking it long ? I've used it in the past and it can be horrid, but I'm determined to stay low fat this time. It's easier with MFP to track the fat %.

Any hints and tips ? x
  • Hi
I am glad to see people are still posting.
I had my first weigh in with the doctor this week. After a month I've only lost a KG. I am really disappointed, it felt like I had lost more and I would have expected a better result than that just counting calories alone. But I am sticking with it because I figure every little helps!

Think we should just post what we are feeling in this group to get it going.... I know lots of people will want to talk to people who are taking Orlistat online because not many people talk about it openly anywhere ....

After a few weeks off over the festive period I've started back on my xenical yesterday. I put on 7lbs over Christmas so I effectively undid all my good work in December. Pretty annoyed at myself but hoping that the Xenical will help me stay accountable.

Glad your back on it, if your eating healthy you wont have any side affects but it will still be getting rid of fat and helps you lose 1lb for every 2lbs you lose

Are you eating any high fatty food?

No, not overly. Just feel its not doing anything. Will stick with it.
