I thought this would be a good idea to keep track or our weight and to be inspired by other peoples weight loss :) Plz just put your starting weight down and then your weight now and update it at every weight loss :D I will keep a list of every one at the top so its easy to see and edit.. good luck guys x

Stopped
Well I gained 1 lb and am now off them, I was on them for almost a year last time anyway and im pretty sure my body is getting used to them and maybe even making my bods week but that could just be a coincidence. I’m happy im of them im still aiming to lose weight I’ve went a bit mad over the Easter holidays with the kids…
whats your contract/targets from the docs?
Hey everyone, I got weighted this morning and Ive lost 4lbs in 2 weeks :) My Xmas weight is now gone... and I also singed my new contract for Xenical now Im back on them with new weight loss goal targets to reach... If I dont reach them or if I gain weight when I get weighed Im of them for good. Ive got to lose 6 lbs…
