Taking Alli + other meds

I have some Alli that I would really like to use but am rather worried about whether I will get some adverse reaction as I am on other meds such as thyroxine (under active thyroid) lansoprazole (to protect stomach as I take naproxen for pain relief) and telimisartan (high blood pressure)
I would be interested in anyone else's experience.
