Down 3.5 lbs this week!
I feel like I have gotten a great start and have been making good decisions so far. I only worked out a few days this week for 30 mins at a time but its the consistent good eating choices that contributed to my loss this week.
I really like the accountability of this weekly weigh-in. Thanks for helping to motivate me!!

I'm so disappointed in my results. I started this group at 195.8. Lost 0.4, then another 0.4.....THEN.....I GAINED 2.8 over night!!! WHAT?! I dropped 1 lb since then.

It's probably water retention if you have been working out. That's the problem sometimes with just weighing (it's better if you take measurements too). I'm sure you'll see a difference over the next few weeks if not days.

Hi everyone! I just joined this group today (just in time for the first weigh-in! yay!). I have been on MFP for a year now and the first 6 months or so of last year I dropped 25lbs. It was awesome. Then for some reason, I just stopped being motivated. I am DETERMINED to lose about 50 more lbs. Anyways - back to the weigh-ins :happy:

Felt like I had a pretty good week considering I didn't do so good on food Fri-Sun. Had a tooth pulled Fri, had to have soft foods, had a McDonald's shake, probably not the best choice, then was out of town all weekend which meant fast food. My staring weight is: 207 (the heaviest i have ever been)
My current weight is: 201 (six pounds in the first week!)
