GREAT JOB GUYS!!
I'm so disappointed in my results. I started this group at 195.8. Lost 0.4, then another 0.4.....THEN.....I GAINED 2.8 over night!!! WHAT?! I dropped 1 lb since then.

CW jan 9th- 196.8
It's probably water retention if you have been working out. That's the problem sometimes with just weighing (it's better if you take measurements too). I'm sure you'll see a difference over the next few weeks if not days.
I haven't weighed this morning so will start next week if ok? tom is here so probably not a good reflection anyway! x
Yeah, I'll have to start taking measurements too and hopefully that will reflect better results.

My staring weight is: 207 (the heaviest i have ever been)
My current weight is: 201 (six pounds in the first week!)

I'm so happy to finally get back on track! I was getting close to not having any clothes to wear that would fit. I knew I needed to put it in reverse and fast. I also realize that this first week loss is always the biggest. I'm ok with 1-2 pounds per week from here on out, also knowing that there will be the occasional week to gain. Right now, I'm just trying to stay positive and take it slow so I won't quit. I've also started the couch to 5k. I got the app for my phone so I'm hoping to use that to keep me going. (And also to make it possible to do The Color Run with my daughters in April.) Good job to everyone!
