Hi.. I'm a new member.. I've been walking 1 - 2 miles every day for 7 days now. down 6 pounds..
Does anyone eat a snack after a work out? I'm not hungry, but not sure if I've supposed to snack or not.

    Hi! Eating after a workout is up to you as far as I know. I eat a granola bar or a piece of fruit after when I am feeling drained but otherwise gauge your level of hunger. I've learned through my countless weight loss efforts that there are a ton of theories and different ways to lose -- find something that clicks for you. Nice loss so far -- keep up the good work! Hope to get to know you better!
