We seemed to have a lost a lot of people in the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Are we still aiming to do this?
Please weigh-in by Monday night everyone. I want to be able to have the numbers in for Tuesday!

I definitely want to do this! I need the accountability. We have 5 weeks to do this. I have been here since Oct. 2011. I am not quitting. Maybe we need to do some recruiting?0

I am happy to join this group and hoping to lose few pounds before valentines day.
My Current weight : 127 pounds
My Goal weight : 120 pounds0 -
I'm new, but I am in!! 5 weeks can bring big changes if I just work hard!!
Starting Weight: 195.0
Challenge Goal Weight:180.0
Strengths: I KNOW how to do this, since I have done it before. So I have the knowledge. Its getting the will power
Struggles: The goodies all around work and when my husband (who can eat anything he wants) says, lets just get pizza.
Weekly Success: So far this week I have been pretty good with keeping the starch carbs out of my eating.
This Week’s Personal Challenge: Work out at least twice (since it's Wed.) and get in 1 walk/run by Sun.0 -

I can totally relate with having a hubby that can eat anything and chooses the worst foods lol I think that's been my problem from the holidays, just eating the easiest greasiest things we could find!!

Ugh, weighed in at 195.4 this morning. Up .4 BUT, I did get in 2 workouts this week, which made me feel good since this was a hectic week.0

I was up 4 lbs., but got back to my magic # of 137 this morning. I feel bigger though. My clothes don't fit right lately. I need to step it up. I just started Rockin' body. 2 of the workouts so far. I like it. Hope it gives me a rockin' body by my bday in March.0

I think realistically, I'm going to have to change my goal. I wanted to do 175 but I was ruined by the holidays. I'm changing my goal to 180. I'm sure that's where I can be in a month! hopefully, we shall see!!

Hi,
No change in my weight this week.I am very good at my low carb diet till dinner but i fail everyday at dinner time and end up eating more carb!!! Also with full time job and with a 23 months old son who gets up in the middle of the night for milk,i don't get time to exercise
Planning to get up early in the morning from tomm for atleast 30 mins exercise so i can lose atleast 3 to 4 pounds before my son's 2nd birthday(i just have 10 more days )

oops!! monday was yesterday!! 148.6 was my weight last week!0
