injury....

Hi all!
On my forth week of insanity I did a plank, and felt a slight pain in my lower back. Probably my form wasn't perfect, and I pushed myself too hard. Since then my lower back hurts... It really sucks, I was advised to rest until it goes away. I feel really miserable, because I can't do this great workout, because I started to see results...
However, the conclusion is, guys, that you have to push yourself, but in the same time know your limits! Form over speed, as Shaun T. says. I learned it the hard way. Better do fewer, but correct reps, than a lot, with bad form
Also, what would you suggest, if I recover, should I start the program from the beginning again, or continue it?
Good luck to everyone, and remember, form over speed

i have injured my ankle and strained my back, all within 2 weeks.
I only had to miss 2 days and carried on rather them making those days up again.
If you feel confident, jump into month 20 -
and did you feel better? I mean the pain just went away? Because that's great!
BTW great accomplishment within 2 weeks:))0
