Under daily goal

Glad to see that I'm not the only one that is under the calorie goal daily.

    I find that I need to track so that I stay on target...when I don't log, I tend to overeat, binge and gain. So being under my cal goal is a good goal for me.....but I do love eating my exercise cals back!!!

    What do you do when you are way under though? Do you eat extra? Today even before my 780 extra calories I am 500 under what I have been given. Should I eat something else? Even some fruit or veggies?

    I'd eat something like fruit or veggies. Some days I eat my extra points, sometimes I don't. Right now I'm trying to focus on not snacking. It's really hard, but I'm doing good so far. Thurs might trip me up cause it's a potluck lunch at work, so gonna try really hard to either eat a light breakfast or just eat light
