For girls who did or do insanity

For girls who did or do insanity... Is it alright to do "insanity" during that time of the month? It's a tough workout & I don't want to get some women's problems later :( At the same time, I don't want to stop.
2 days left and I'll complete a month but this interrupted me.

Any suggestion?

No need to stop. My cycle was/is lighter and shorter due to the workout. Good luck!

Ditto. And my pain/discomfort level was about 10% of what it normally was. Oh and for chocolate cravings, try the Luna Protein bars! SO GOOD (IMO) and come in cookie dough! First time I've ever stayed on plan during "that time".

Actually I looked forward to the workout, cause the cramping would stop as I bounced around like a nut :) So one pain cancelled the other for a short while!

Aunt Flo was visiting when I started Insanity, didn't have any issue with it and as mentioned, helped with cramping for me.
