All right, let's jump-start this year with a bang!
To get a checkmark on completing the week's challenge, do the following.....

1. Any type of cardio exercise, for 180 minutes
2. 300 jumping jacks, 300 Sit Ups, 300 lunges (break them up any way you see fit)
3. Drink 8 cups of water a day
4. Do one hour of exercise that you would normally NEVER do- something new to try (and post it here once it is completed). I will either be doing Zumba or Spinning- only did them once in my life, and had a seriously sweaty experience doing it and vowed to not go back-plus I fell off the bike in Spinning-lol)
5. Post whether you completed or did not complete last week's challenge on the thread for that week........

    New exercise completed - Boxercise. I remain unconvinced as the class seemed a bit...meh. :grumble: Still, it was exercise!

    Did not complete last week's challenge.

    So far this week - doing great on water challenge. did 65 minutes of cardio and a little bit worried about the lunges but I will try my best.

    Where is everybody???

    Doing great with water challenge. I am at 240 minutes of cardio...not doing so well with the other items will work on them over the next few days.

    I'm here just not posting much. I've got a few things marked off the list, hope to get a few more numbers in later.

    Same here! Still around - just working on the final bits to the challenge so that I can hopefully post a full completion :)

    I'm going to report in today, I have a busy weekend ahead. If I can squeeze more in, I will.

    1. Any type of cardio exercise, for 180 minutes -- So far 143
    2. 300 jumping jacks, 300 Sit Ups, 300 lunges (break them up any way you see fit)-- 100 of each done!
    3. Drink 8 cups of water a day--4 days out of the week I got this done
    4. Do one hour of exercise that you would normally NEVER do- something new to try (and post it here once it is completed). I will either be doing Zumba or Spinning- only did them once in my life, and had a seriously sweaty experience doing it and vowed to not go back-plus I fell off the bike in Spinning-lol)-- Not done.
    5. Post whether you completed or did not complete last week's challenge on the thread for that week........ Not quite complete, but I gave it a shot!

    This week has been crazy so I am just going to skip reporting in for this week's challenge and hope that next week is better.

    Reporting in today:
    1. Any type of cardio exercise, for 180 minutes -- So far 327
    2. 300 jumping jacks, 300 Sit Ups, 300 lunges - 310 Jumping Jacks; 300 Sit Ups/Crunches (hurt my back doing sit ups so had to modify), 300 Lunges/Squats (I have problem knees so 300 straight lunges would have killed me running for the week so mixed in squats)
    3. Drink 8 cups of water a day-- Every day, check
    4. Do one hour of exercise that you would normally NEVER do- something new to try (and post it here once it is completed). I will either be doing Zumba or Spinning- only did them once in my life, and had a seriously sweaty experience doing it and vowed to not go back-plus I fell off the bike in Spinning-lol)-- Boxercise on Monday
    5. Post whether you completed or did not complete last week's challenge on the thread for that week - posted that i was a big fat failure:grumble:

    All right..... My final reporting is as follows for this week (Note to self, do not attempt to add a new class if you are out of town for part of the week- haha)

    1. Any type of cardio for 180 minutes- completed over 250 for the week (because that is the only stuff I did- haha)
    2. I only did 240 Jumping Jacks, 300 situps and 120 Lunges- argh
    3. Drink 8 cups of water- completed
    4. One hour of new exercise- I failed that one:sad:
    5. Post whether you completed- Well as you are reading.......

    I completed 3 out of 5.... My goal next week is to get them all done!
