January 1: Eeeeek...I forgot!
January 2: Four 30 second planks...plus two 45 second planks and one 30 second plank.
January 3: Will NOT forget! (Playing catch-up is exhausting!)

I wait until the very last minute to squeeze these in.
Nothing about them feels good. They are hard. They are exhausting.
I feel like I'm losing the battle. I feel like my body is betraying me.
I want these to be easier. But day after day, they are not.
