Did lvl1 day 4
there are some areas I can tell i am getting stronger/better but then other areas just beat me - I know I will conquer them but ARGH!!!

Just finished day 6, level 1.... FINALLY was able to make it completely through the lateral lunges with arm raises without stopping. Those things have been literally kicking my butt! Actually I think today was the first day that I was able to go completely through without doing less of any of the exercises. :happy:
So stick with it ladies. I can tell a huge difference just from day 5 to day 6!0 -

Thanks for the motivation my day 6 is tomorrow...thinking about taking the day off because I am having a party at my house and indulging a little bit....just a little so I will see how I feel tomorrow and take it from there...0 -
Today was day 3 for me. My thighs are getting a little sore, they aren't liking the stairs right now.
I am looking forward to seeing what the next few days hold for me.
I find the jumping jacks and then the jump rope segment very difficult.
I am 242lbs, but like Jillian says, she has 400lb people that can do this type of work out.
Anyone else a little larger and see good results?0 -
Just starting lvl 1 day 4 in just a few minutes, skipped yesterday because my beau had the day off, we did take about a 40 minute walk together though!
I'm thinking about alternating between the Killer Buns and Thighs and the 6 Week 6 Pack abs as an addition to the 30DS, doing one of them every day after the 30DS since it's so short.
Also I got 5 lb weights the day before yesterday and they made a huge difference for me! The exercise where you are doing a side lunge and raising the weights up to eye level in front of you almost killed me!
