Hi, I'm Chelsea! I'm new to MFP and have just started the 30 day shred. I completed day 2 of level 1 today. I have feeling tomorrow is going to be super hard lol. Hoping I can finish all 30 days!
I picked up the DVD a couple weeks ago and am finally feeling motivated to start and really do this! I'm so tired of being lazy and not active. My brain reminds me of how active I used to be and how good it felt. It is finally time I get back to that place. I'm hoping this DVD workout is just the thing I need. Something…
Hello all, I have been committed to MFP for 50 days now! I have lost 15 lbs which is a huge success for me:) I am now going to jump into JM 30 shred! Hoping to gain some friends and support:) trying to decide it I should start tomorrow or if I should start at the beginning of a new week...I'm feeling truly motivated right…
Yesterday I did day 1 of level 1 and i feel great! My arms are a little sore, but other than than, I feel like I have more energy already. I might not do the workout everyday, but instead integrate into a routine of going to the gym and going to the yoga studio, just to put some variety into my workout so I don't get bored.
hello! i had to take a break for medical reasons, the first 30 i lost 10 pounds and have not moved from there and am hoping to loose at least another 10 with the next 30 days, anyone want to start with me next week?
Hi! I've tried level 1 a few times now and am ready to commit to my first 30 days! Is anyone out there ready to start Friday March 1st?
Hello all! I am starting the 30 Day Shred on Tuesday, February 5th. Would anyone like to join me? Anyone starting around that time? Any tips from veterans? Looking forward to working hard! :]
I just finished Day 8 of Level 2 and I can finally do all the "plank" exercises without flopping into a pile for 5 seconds in the middle of it all. I can also sit up straight in the stretches at the end, which feels like a huge NSV for me, fitness-wise. Anybody into level 3 yet?
Yowza, I just did day 1 of level 2 and she kicked my butt!!!! I can't imagine ever being able to keep up. Those plank things killed me!!
hey everyone, so today i did my second day of level two and am certainly feeling it in my shoulders. i am planning on doing 30 days of level two as i did 30 days of level one (i enjoy upping the amount of weight i do it with instead of moving on to the next level) but i was just wondering if anyone has seen good results…
