Yowza, I just did day 1 of level 2 and she kicked my butt!!!! I can't imagine ever being able to keep up. Those plank things killed me!!

  • You can do it..think...it is only 30 seconds....you will be ok :) That is what gets me through on the tough parts.

I concur - yikes on Level 2. I wish they had a slow motion option for me to figure out how to do some of these new moves... I'm not too coordinated!

I was meant to start Level 2 yesterday but took a rest day. I was busy all day and it got to 11pm and I figured that wasn't a good time to start a new level. It's my first rest day so I didn't feel too bad. Also I did wash and polish the car so was still active :)

So I did it first thing this morning. Oh wow. I've had to go back to lighter weights and Anita's moves for some of them. Killer.

Still, this is how I felt when I started level 1. That was getting easy from day 7/8 so this is a new challenge. It'll get better!

i dont get bored i just push harder, i didn't want to move onto level two until i felt like doing all of level one was really easy, and after 30 days i do feel that way. i know i will end up taking breaks again starting this new level, but i really didn't want to start it out until i felt acomplished at level one. i will do level two for 30 days, then the same for level three.

Wow this is a hard level. I have no idea how they manage to do the plank exercises with their butts tucked in so well. I'm doing "downward dog" jacks rather than "plank" jacks for a lot of it so far.
