I just finished Day 8 of Level 2 and I can finally do all the "plank" exercises without flopping into a pile for 5 seconds in the middle of it all. I can also sit up straight in the stretches at the end, which feels like a huge NSV for me, fitness-wise. Anybody into level 3 yet?

thats terrific!! i am able to do all the planks but i have to do the less jumpy version because i have shin splints from level 1. keep it up!!! i also bumped up the weights to 8 pounds and that has certainly been a struggle. hows everyone else doing? i keep freeking out that i wont see a change but we can do it!!0

Finally started level 3 tonight. Seemed to go quickly and whilst it wasn't easy, I actually enjoyed it. Which is more than I can say for level 2. Hated that so much!!
Also got the confidence to start using my 3kg (6.6lb) weights for more exercises. Was using 1.5kg (3.3lb) previously and they just felt a bit light, weren't really challenging enough.0
