In a Hurry!

Canned goods, frozen foods and boxed mixes can provide a quick dump, heat and serve approach to eating "fast food" without undercutting one's diet. What do you eat when you are in a hurry. What do you stock in your pantry or freezer to help during meal "emergencies?" Trader Joe's, in particular, has some interesting options. What are your favorites?

Please include serving sizes and calories (Google it) so we can easily collect ideas that will work with our diet goals.

Soup IS my go-to food, whether in a hurry, feeling lazy, or needing to curb the day's calories. Progresso Lite Soups are what's currently crowding my pantry. They are less than 100 calories a serving, and decent quality. They are also cheap, recently on sale for $1 a can. That's why my pantry is crowded with those cans!

The Lean Cuisine Chef's Picks meals are always in my freezer - all of them are really good and are between 260 & 300 calories. I've like all the ones I've tried, especially the Thai chicken & coconut rice!
