:yawn: Shew, my leg muscles are sore and I am beat.

Hello! This is Small Fry. I started 30 Day Shred (Day 1 Level 1) just yesterday (Monday). I am 33 and weigh 145 lbs. Would like to lose a solid 25 lbs. I have no idea how long this will take, but I am determined to have the weight gone by spring. I have had 2 children in the last 4 years and haven't lost all of the "baby weight." Trying a paleo-ish diet plan with portion control. With limited gym access, I opted for 30 Day Shred during naptime at home. Decided to clean during naptime today, so starting "over" tomorrow during naptime.

    Good luck small fry. I have 3 small kids and get my workout after they are in bed. Not the most ideal time but I take what I can get .
