Workout routines

I just finished Day 3 of Level 1 this morning! I've been thinking about doing this morning and night since it's only a 20 minute workout and I'm super excited about it. But then again, I do feel a little sore so I don't wanna injure myself. What do you guys usually do?

I also find that 20 minutes a day doesnt seem like enough.. But when i push myself too hard then i cant maintain it.. Ive decided to stick to doing the shred once a day and that is it.. Once this is done.. Ill increase the exercise with another programme..
With that said.. If you're up for it.. Go ahead - but dont burn yourself out..0 -
I think if I have the time I'll do one of my usual workouts after 30DS but I won't feel bad if I have no time for it, it didn't seem enough compared to what I have been doing y'know?0

I felt the same way so have been doing Jillian's yoga meltdown in the evenings. Not much cardio but lots of stretching and strength.0

I agree with PrincessGlitter. If I try to up the ante at this point, I'll fall through and not finish. I'm sticking with just 30DS and then I will move on to bigger and more variety. I get bored with just this dvd but I've got to follow through on SOMETHING in my life for once so this is my baby step.0
