Day 10 & 11

Hi all...I have combined these days because I was sick and didn't get to check in for day 10!

Even though I am still recovering, I did not miss my workouts. Today when I worked out I felt horrible, quite honestly. I came home, took a nap, woke up, and now I feel a lot better!!! I can tell this cold (or whatever it is) is still lingering, but it's crazy how much better I feel. Perhaps sweating it out really does help!

Has anyone ever continued with your workouts while being sick? What was your outcome?

Don't forget our Day 14 weigh in. I'm so happy to see your progress on the updates. FYI don't stress if your weight fluctuates up or down by a pound. I know it's frustrating, but our bodies are so complex. It could be for a number of reasons.

  • yes, Ive been sick for about 2 weeks now, still have a dry cough but I kept working out. Im thinking I should have taken a few days off when it got really cold just b/c of the change in temperature from inside sweating to cold outside. None the less I kept going...cant really say that was for the best
