I'm only weighing and taking measurements once a month until I lose these last stubborn pounds. Anyone else doing the monthly thing?

I do it daily, even though it's not recommended, just so I can see the immediate effect that going over on carbs does for me.0

I do once per week for the time being, as I've still got a lot to lose and thus it's going to tend to show a lot more in shorter amounts of time for a little while. But yeah, I can understand once a month if you're dealing with some stubborn weight or plateaus.0

I am forcing myself to weigh in only once a week...Saturday to Saturday. I was weighing in everyday and my weight was bouncing between the same 2-3lbs up 2-3 down 2-3 and it was depressing me.0

I'm doing twice per week as I'm still in my first week of keto and I want to make sure nothing drastic is happening in either direction. Once I'm settled I'll probably stick with weekly or fortnightly.0
